“The Up Center offers Immigration Evaluation services! As a long-time advocate of immigrant rights and wellness, Dr. Tia understands the complexities and hardships of individuals seeking asylum, citizenship, and immigrant support in the United States.
The Up Center has a strong resource base to support the various needs of individuals navigating the immigration process. We would love the opportunity to cultivate a safe and responsive landscape for these individuals to feel heard and seen while putting some systems in place to potentially secure a brighter future for them.
We offer evaluations for extreme hardship waivers, asylum, and VAWA (Violence Against Women Act). We can work directly with law officials (attorneys, judges, etc.) and clients seeking services for themselves to coordinate a variety of case needs including mental health assessments, treatment plans, legal reports, etc. We will strive our hardest to support immigration cases with therapeutically-sound, trauma-informed, and efficient care and functioning.
We offer payment plans and limited reduced rate evaluations.
